Embark on the 21 Day Challenge with Yoga Freedom you will feel invigorated. Refresh your body and mind every morning with the practice of yoga and meditation.

You will practice Hatha Yoga and Meditation 5 days a week at the Yoga  Freedom studio, as well as 1 day home practice of Hatha Yoga and meditation + 1 day home meditation.

What does challenge mean from a yoga perspective?

From a yoga perspective it means not to engage in a contest, fight or competition but instead to test one’s abilities in a demanding yet stimulating situation.

We engage in this challenge with a joyous attitude and a sense of discovery. On the journey of this challenge we are open to what can unfold for you and what surprises or discoveries that might unveil.

The 21 Day challenge is an opportunity for you to deepen your practice, and is also a good place to begin if you are new to the practice of yoga.
