The practice of meditation allows us to journey to the centre of our hearts to find that place of calm and peace that exists within all of us. Through breathing exercises and the simple act of sitting quietly with our self, we can learn to detach from our thoughts and cultivate a sense of inner stillness and mental clarity, which can then be adapted to support our behavior in everyday life.
in this course you will also learn and practice Mindfulness.
Our courses aim to teach you simple techniques that can be used to overcome the challenges of meditation and introduce you to the great mental and emotional benefits you will receive through regular practice. These include:
