Nadia Viglianti is the principal teacher at Yoga Freedom. Beginning her yoga journey in 1977, Nadia has trained extensively throughout Italy, India, USA, and Australia, and has been teaching Hatha Yoga since 2004.
Nadia’s yoga classes are a combination of yoga poses, stretches, and gentle breathing exercises, infused with a supporting guidance in developing a positive attitude toward yourself and the present moment. You will be inspired to take the teaching off the mat into your day to day life.
The classes conclude with the practice of Shavasana (relaxation pose) in which you are guided into a deep relaxation, leaving you with a complete sense of wellbeing.
