Nadia Viglianti is a co-owner of Yoga Freedom and began her yoga journey in 1977. Nadia has trained extensively throughout Italy, India, USA, and Australia and has been teaching Hatha Yoga since 2004.
Nadia’s yoga classes are a combination of yoga poses, stretches, and gentle breathing exercises, infused with a supporting guidance in developing a positive attitude toward yourself and the present moment. You will be inspired to take the teaching off the mat into your day to day life.
The classes conclude with the practice of Savasana (relaxation pose) in which you are guided into a deep relaxation, leaving you with a complete sense of wellbeing.
Nadia also teaches meditation and runs ‘learn to meditate’ courses throughout the year. She loves roller coasters and carnival rides and you’ll find her smiling from ear to ear after a joyride!
Nadia is a Registered Yoga Teacher and member of Yoga Australia Teachers Association. Nadia teaches yoga each Monday and Wednesday evening at 6.30pm, and leads our 90 Sound Immersion where you can explore a rainbow of techniques to calm the busy mind and come to a natural place of inner peace through sound vibration. Nadia also offers individual meditation sessions where she will consult and guide you through establishing your own practice. This includes a unique and personal recorded guided meditation.
Sue is a co-owner of Yoga Freedom and believes there is something for everyone through the practice of yoga and brings this warmth and enthusiasm to her classes.
Sue offers mixed level group classes accessible to all, incorporating pranayama (breath awareness) and concluding with guided deep relaxation (yoga nidra), helping to restore balance between the body, mind and nervous system. Her classes include traditional hatha yoga, somatic movement, focusing on alignment within the individual body, with a splash of yoga philosophy for inspiration on the mat and in daily life.

She is also a Qualified Chef and enjoys cooking for family, friends and our annual yoga retreats, using the fresh produce she grows in her back yard garden. Both her food and garden are infused with the same love she shares through her teaching.
