Our aim is to offer a sacred space where people feel welcome and supported in their practice of yoga and meditation. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, our classes offer guidance and support, designed to cater to your individual needs.

Price Guide
Casual Yoga Group Class $23
Term Commitment (full term commitment required*)
One Class per week: $18 per class*
Two classes per week with the same teacher $32 per week ($16 per class)*
*Missed yoga classes can be caught up inside the current term with another teacher at any yoga class on the timetable – booking recommended (exc. Restorative Yoga & Sound Immersion) No refunds or carry overs. There is the ability to join online if unable to attend studio due to travel distance (going on holidays) and illness. Always listen to your body and rest if you need to.
Thursday Special Events:
Restorative Yoga – 90 minutes classes $30 per person
Sound Immersion & Meditation – 90 minute $30 per person
Kids Yoga Workshop:

Private Classes:
Dedicate time to yourself with a private class in the studio or online, tailored to your individual needs. Select Private Class on the booking form and we will contact you to discuss your requirements. Family and private group classes available by appointment.
1 – 2 people $120 per hour 3 – 4 people $160 per hour
