At Yoga Freedom we host a weekly Meditation + Mindfulness class which is perfect for beginners or those who want to have a deeper experience by practicing in a group. Our Mindfulness Meditation Support Group offers support, guidance and an opportunity to share your experiences with meditation in a safe space. The Meditation + Mindfulness is designed to create a safe space where people can feel comfortable sharing their experiences with meditation, feel supported on their journey and receive guidance to inner peace. The teachings will bring the participant gently to a quite space within through gentle stretches, breathing exercises, meditation and full body relaxation.
